		Oswego, NY Guided by its LWRP, the City of Oswego has worked aggressively and creatively to convert neglected areas into a thriving mix of community parks, marinas and waterfront walkways. It was imperative to have all the stakeholders together as the City progressed on implementing its LWRP.

Financial assistance provided by the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, as amended, administered by the Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
