Troy, NY

Troy's re-use plan outlines projects, incentives, and regulatory changes that will result in environmental clean up, new green space and public access, transportation improvement and new waterfront land uses. The City's approach relies on partnerships between its private, public and nonprofit partners to make incremental improvements to the waterfront over the next two decades.
